The Founder of the park is the person who owns and runs the park and made up the general idea of making the park and is in charge and is the highest rank in the company.

A Park Manager is someone who makes sure all the staff are working the correct shifts, deciding on their pay and making sure our staff are healthy and doing their job.

A Team Leader is someone who gets given a small group of staff members to work with for that day and the Team Leader is in charge of the staff for the allocated shifts.
